Within the general terms and conditions of sale, the buyer is a natural or legal person who orders or pays for the service of product delivery through the specified Facebook page, Instagram profile and website.
The trader is the company Studio art j.d.o.o., Hrvatskih domobrana 26, 44000 Sisak, which operates through the above-mentioned Facebook page, Instagram profile and website.
By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, the buyer declares that all information provided about himself is true and that there are no obstacles when ordering and paying for the product.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All data is strictly guarded and protected from misuse. When ordering, you are obliged to give us information about your name and surname, delivery address and telephone number. Giving your personal information when ordering will be considered as an explicit consent to the use of the same.
- PURCHASE PROCEDURE OR ORDERING

The products are made to order and the waiting time for delivery is 10-20 working days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. The exception is immediately available products that we deliver within 5 working days from the date of receipt of payment.

- METHOD OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is made upon receipt of an offer valid for 3 days. If the buyer does not make the payment within that period, it will be considered that he has canceled the order and we need to be contacted again to make a new offer. Payment is made to the bank account of Studio art j.d.o.o.
Payment is not possible upon receipt.
Delivery of the product is done through the courier service GLS and amounts to 25 kuna. For certain countries the cost of delivery is different and the cost of customs is possible, and for details please visit https://gls-group.eu/HR/hr/home or contact us.
- CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS AND COMPLAINTS
The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the purchase contract within 14 days.
In order to be able to terminate the contract unilaterally, you must inform us of your decision to terminate the contract unilaterally before the expiration of this period by an unequivocal written statement sent by mail, e-mail or other means of remote communication stating your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, and you can also use the form for unilateral termination of the contract.
The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract is 14 days from the day when the product was handed over to you or a third party designated by you.
Studio art j.d.o.o has the right to terminate the purchase contract in case of abuse of the system without the customer reporting an error.
If you unilaterally terminate the purchase agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including shipping costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date we received your decision to terminate the contract unilaterally. Refunds will be made in the same way you made the payment. We can refund only after the product is returned to us or provide us with proof that you have sent the product back.
Return or deliver the product to the Showroom address listed in the initial section About us, without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract.
Products made to your specifications (to order) cannot be returned or replaced.
You bear the cost of returning the product yourself.
You are responsible for any impairment of the product resulting from the handling of the product, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act (OG 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15) on liability for material defects.
The consumer is obliged to inform the seller of the existence of visible defects without delay and at the latest within two months from the day when he discovered the defect.
As a seller, we are not liable for a material defect of the item sold that becomes apparent after the lapse of two years from the sale of the item.
